Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:

Representative Croft objected.                                                 
                                                                               
Representative Croft placed a call of the House and lifted the call.           
                                                                               
Representative Croft withdrew the objection.  There being no further           
objection, HCS CSSB 269(RLS) was adopted.                                      
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS               
CSSB 269(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading               
and placed on final passage.
